At AnikExpress, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
• Electronics must not be damaged, altered, or activated.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• A proof of purchase order number or receipt and video proof is required for any wrong item and damaged item received.
• You received the wrong item
• You must provide a clear video of the item showing:
• The full unboxing process
• The product condition
• The issue/problem (if any).
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• Your order did not arrive within 30 days
If your case qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You must provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item received (if applicable)
• Description of the issue
Note: We do not accept returns for items ordered by mistake or for reasons such as “changed mind.”
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items marked as final sale
• Opened or used electronic devices
• Gift cards or downloadable products
• Sale or clearance items
• Items returned without prior approval
• Orders delayed due to incorrect address or failure to receive delivery
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at anikexpress92040@gmail.com with your order number, video proof and reason for the return if have any damage or wrong product received issues otherwise not applicable . We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email confirmation and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Full refund for missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Partial refund may be issued for items with minor defects if the customer opts to keep the product.
5. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include photos and videos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
